Hi, I'm a nine-year-old girl living in Bwira, Rwanda. I'm the only sister to my one brother and at home, we share chores, like me washing dishes. I'm in school and I totally love my language classes! After school, I usually doodle and draw, it's really fun!
Life here is tough, especially because Bwira is the poorest community in our district. It’s in the mountains and getting water often involves a long walk. It’s scary to think about how most people in our village have to drink swamp water, but things have started to change, thankfully. FH Sponsorship is teaching our families how to farm and raise animals in a better way, which means more food for us. This help has made it possible for me to go to school regularly and take care of my health.
Our dream is to see our community flourish and replicate the same in other Rwandan communities. Please keep me, my family, and my whole community in your thoughts as we aspire to a brighter future. Your support means a lot to us and gives me huge hope for a better tomorrow!
