Hola! I’m 7 years old and I live in a place called Cotzal in Guatemala. I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters and I love playing soccer! When I get back from school, where sports is my favourite subject, I help clean up our home. I'm healthy, which is super awesome!
My community is filled with lovely people who have small farms growing maize and vegetables that they sell in the market. Sometimes, our dads have to go work in coffee farms for a long time. This is because our place had a nasty civil war before I was born and things are tough.
But I'm really lucky because I get help from people like you through a cool thing called child sponsorship. This means I can go to school and learn stuff! Plus, nice people from FH are teaching my mom about health care and my dad about better ways to farm, which is so amazing.
