Mariana Alvarez joined Food for the Hungry Guatemala in 2016 and currently serves as the Program Manager. She is passionate about supporting her team members that work in the communities every day and excels at designing tools and processes for them to make the work more efficient and effective.

Outside of work you can find her reading any book that falls into her hands and walking in nature.
