Frank Devine

Canada - Board Member

Frank Devine is currently a resident physician in Victoria. Prior to this, he worked for eight years as a design and project structural engineer in Vancouver, where he was involved in the design and management of many large development projects across Canada.

Frank was born and raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and enjoys leading an active lifestyle. Frank was introduced to FH Canada and international development in 2007, and had the privilege of serving in Uganda for three months on FH projects. He lives in Victoria with his wife Amber and their three young sons.
