business partnership purpose

YOUR BUSINESS CAN BE PURPOSE-DRIVEN

When we understand our daily work as integral to God’s calling on our lives, our motivation changes. We have a new purpose beyond the bottom line. When you lead your business with purpose:

  • You create meaningful work for employees
  • You transform leaders, people, and culture
  • You create jobs, wealth, and innovative solutions
  • You can reach people in difficult places and circumstances

HOW IT WORKS

1. Select a Partner Community
We work with you to determine an interest in a specific country and community and invite you to walk alongside them by supporting their integrated development programs. This represents the Core Program support of your partnership.

2. Fund a Social Venture Project (SVP)
You can accelerate a community’s transformation. An SVP is an income generating initiative created by local community members who have a need and designed a solution. SVPs leverage business, financial, and/or leadership training, and are specifically designed to better people’s livelihoods.

3. Build & Launch Your Social Impact Initiative
You invite a ‘champion’ from your team to lead the partnership and act as your liaison with FH. You choose your preferred integration of the Impact Partner brand with your own, and we will support the launch with your staff through presentations, workshops, or even a kick-off event!
