My Name is Kuleni

Hi! I’m 7 years old, and I live in Leka Dulecha, Ethiopia. I have one sister and two brothers, and we all help each other. I love going to school, and language is my favorite subject because I like to read stories and write! After school, I help take care of my siblings, which is fun. I also enjoy running around outside with my friends.

Life can be tough sometimes because we don’t always have clean water or good schools. But I believe in my community, and I know we can make it better. I’m thankful for the help we get to learn new things, grow vegetables, and stay healthy. I hope one day everyone can have a happy and safe place to grow up, just like I do!
