My Name is Lencho

Hi there! I'm an 8-year-old boy living in Leka Dulecha, Ethiopia. I have 2 sisters and we are a pretty cool bunch. I’m pretty lucky because I'm healthy, and I do well in school. My favourite subject is actually science. After school, I get to look after the animals in our house, which I kind of enjoy.

I like playing soccer when I have free time. Life here is not always easy though. We have problems with water, and our schools need improving. But thanks to the hard work of people we're beginning to see some changes. I'm excited about that! I know we have lots of challenges here, but I believe in my heart that things will get better. Thanks for keeping me and my family in your prayers. I promise to keep trying my best at everything I do!
