Hi there! I'm a 7 year old girl living in the beautiful Leka Dulecha district of Ethiopia which is pretty far from the big city of Addis Ababa. It's a place filled with fun people but can be tough for kids like me. I have a big family with three sisters and two brothers! We stay strong and happy although things can be rough sometimes.
I really love learning languages in school, it's my favourite! After school, I help my family by carrying water around. Sometimes it's hard because clean water isn't easy to find here. When I have some free time, jumping rope is my favourite! It's super fun and keeps me healthy. With some help from kind people, our lives are beginning to get better. We learn how to grow our own veggies, raise animals and even how to run a small business. Your support makes all this possible and is helping make my town a happier place. Thank you!
