My Name is Abdi

Hi there! I'm a lively 5-year-old boy from Leka Dulecha, a wonderful place in Ethiopia. I share my life with my big brother, my little sister, and our adorable farm animals that I help take care of every day after school. Speaking of school, do you know my favourite subject? Language! It's fun, like a game, figuring out words and sentences. Sometimes I don't feel too well, but luckily, I'm getting help for that.

Life here isn't like in the big city of Addis Ababa. It's calmer but can be difficult sometimes. Getting clean water is a task, and our school could use some fixing up. But, we are fighters here! Thanks to kind people like you, things are changing! Your help means we're getting cleaner water, better school stuff, and ways to grow our food. So, thanks for being my hero and making Leka Dulecha a better place for us all!
