Hi! I am six years old and I live in Cotzal, Guatemala. I have two sisters and one brother, and we all help each other at home. My favorite thing about school is drawing! I love to create colorful pictures after I finish my homework. When I get home, I help my family by sweeping the floors.
In my community, many families grow maize and vegetables on small farms. Some of our fathers work far away on coffee farms, and there was a bad war before I was born, but now we are working to make things better. Thanks to the help of Child Sponsorship, I can go to school and learn. The staff teach our moms about health, and they even give us hygiene kits. I feel happy and hopeful for the future, and I pray for my family and friends as we learn and grow together!
