Hi! I’m a 13-year-old girl living in a small village in the Chong Kal region of Cambodia. I have one sister and one brother, and we all help our family at home. My favorite subject in school is mathematics because I love solving puzzles! After school, I help cook for my family, which is fun. I also enjoy jumping rope with my friends when we have some free time.
Our community is surrounded by beautiful green fields and ancient temples. Most of my neighbors grow rice, but it can be hard for them to have enough to eat. Some kids even miss school to help on the farms. But things are getting better! With help from FH, our community is learning new ways to grow food and take care of each other. I’m really thankful for the support that helps me stay in school and healthy. Please keep us in your thoughts as we work towards a brighter future!
