My Name is Rachhou

Hi! I’m six years old and I live in a small village in the Chong Kal region of Cambodia. I have two sisters, and we all help our family after school. My favorite thing at school is recitation because I love to say poems out loud! When I get home, I carry water for us to drink and cook with. We live in a green place with rice farms all around, but it can be hard for our neighbors to grow enough food. Some of my friends help on the farms instead of going to school, but I’m grateful I get to learn.

With the help of FH, our community is getting better. They are teaching my family new ways to grow food and helping us stay healthy. I feel happy knowing that people care about us and want to help. Please pray for my family and me as we work together for a brighter future! Thank you for being with us!
