My Name is Lina

Hello there! I'm an 11-year-old girl who lives in a bunch of villages called Trapeang Prasat, right up north in Cambodia. It's mostly green and a little bit wet where I live. My home is near a wildlife reserve, and it's pretty cool. Most people around here are farmers, including my brothers and I. It's tough 'cause we don't own the land we farm on, and sometimes we don't have enough rice or clean water.

School's pretty great 'cause I love national languages. Guess what? After school, I'm a junior chef at home- I help make our meals. Soccer is my fav game too. Thing is, some of my friends can't come to school 'cause they have to help at the farm all day. That's not cool, but things are getting better. FH is helping with farming trainings and health checks.
