Financial Stewardship

As a Christian organization, FH Canada is committed to upholding a Biblical standard of financial integrity and stewardship.

We believe we are fully accountable to God and each other for the appropriate allocation of all donations, so that's why we strive to keep administrative costs as low as possible to ensure that your donation dollars garner maximum impact in the aid of impoverished people and communities around the world. The following graph demonstrates the financial stewardship of FH Canada in comparison to industry standards.

Promise of Integrity

All charities are coming under increasing scrutiny by Government agencies and the public. We welcome this and our certification by the Canadian Council of Christian Churches guides us towards "best practices". FH Canada's programs are closely monitored by their Board of Directors who take an active role in stewarding the vision and mission of FH Canada as well as making our programs effective and faith building.

As a Certified Member of the Canadian Council for Christian Charities, FH Canada meets the stringent standards set by the CCCC for accountability and organizational integrity. This is our commitment to you:

  • We will spend your money only where the need is the greatest.
  • We will work only through trusted local partner organizations that can guarantee the safe delivery of your support.
  • We will ensure your money stretches as far as possible by using innovative, cost-effective methods.
  • We will operate efficiently, spending a minimum of resources on fundraising and administration.

The following chart demonstrates the allocation of your donation dollars. For every dollar donated to FH Canada:
