FH organizes groups of 10 - 12 community members into Community Savings Groups who are educated with invaluable skills like literacy, book-keeping, money management and personal savings. In countries where women are often oppressed, these groups have incredible potential as the group members set aside their savings and watch them grow into substantial amounts that can then be loaned out to others in their community.
